2024 has been a year full of challenges and great successes for the entire LIPSA team. In this video, we celebrate our ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community as we reflect on some of the year’s most remarkable milestones.

This year:

• We grew as a team: We are now 283 people working together toward a better future!
• We learned and evolved: Over 7,200 hours of training have made us stronger and more competitive.
• We expanded our horizons: Entering new markets like Chile, Croatia, Ghana, Serbia, and South Africa.
• We traveled and connected: Representing LIPSA at key events worldwide, sharing knowledge, and strengthening relationships.

In addition, we’ve made progress in R&D projects, built more sustainable supply chains, and adapted to new European regulations on human rights and sustainability.

None of this would have been possible without the support of our customers, partners, and collaborators. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey!
